New Talents as Junior Recruiters are welcome!


Our client is a leading company in the consultancy sector and as its business is growing, they are looking for highly motivated junior internal recruiters.

As Junior Recruiter, you will have the following tasks:

  • You are in charge of new talents recruitment
  • You develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • You source potential candidates through different job boards
  • You conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
  • You provide accurate reports and shortlist candidate for the demanding departments/clients
  • You keep the database updated
  • You contribute to the development of the recruitment strategy
  • You attend to job fairs and diverse recruitment events
  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch and ideally a good knowledge of English
  • Having an experience in a similar role is an asset
  • You are pro-active and take initiatives in order to meet deadlines
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
