Sales & People Manager for a leading travel company!

A services provider in the tourism sector is today looking for a Flanders Regional Manager to develop sales strategies, define and implement the perimeter’s marketing and sales plans and priorities.

Reporting to the Benelux Director, you will have the following tasks in this role:

  • Implement a strong commercial strategy and develop Sales contribution within the regional perimeter
  • Be the local commercial representative
  • Guarantee the smooth daily operation of the perimeter
  • Manage teams and develop their skills in line with the HR processes
  • Be responsible for the region BV sales contribution budget set-up & achievement
  • Be responsible for the brand image & positioning within the upscale strategy
  • Be responsible for the daily operation of the office

Profile:

  • You have a previous sales experience in B2B or B2B2C
  • You can justify a first experience in the travel industry
  • You have strong management skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are persistent & demanding, open-minded and a team player
  • You like to achieve your targets and your team management skills are in line with the company and its strategy. Team coacher, decision-maker and a good leader define you at best!
