Ambitious Office/Account Manager in Digital Marketing

Our client, a Belgian leader in Digital Marketing is looking for an Office/Account Manager to assist his team in Brussels.

 

Your tasks:

● Support on the daily office management

● Help the HR team in its administrative work

● Assist the finance department on the budget  & other finance requests

● Be in charge of the invoices, payroll & compensation admin

● Develop a administrative relationship with all clients &  service providers

● Be responsible of the business database maintenance

Your profile:

● You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

● A previous experience in accounting and office management is a plus

● Your are flexible, proactive with excellent organizational and communication skills

● You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
