Proactive Administrative Coordinator for the Real Estate Sector

Our client, a young company in the Real Estate sector, is looking for a Proactive Administrative Coordinator to join its pleasant work environment.

Your tasks:

  • You are the SPOC concerning every internal and external needs
  •  You are in charge of producing presentations and official documents
  •  You are responsible for the emails correspondence
  •  You take care of the billing and credit notes
  •  You manage Word & Excell files
  •  You screen phone calls

Your profile:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  •  You are fluent in French and English
  •  You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  You have excellent communication and written skills
  •  You are a meticulous and organized person
  •  You are proactive and flexible
