Our client, a fast growing & dynamic company in the is looking for a Payroll & Admin Officer under CP 302 to help its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle: job descriptions, CV screening, interviews, evaluations, follow-up …
  • Handle all the administrative tasks for on-boarding & daily office management
  • Manage the entire Payroll process: contracts, schedules, payments, holidays, well being at work…
  • Follow up of the social legislation
  • Collaborate with the partners & organize internal events

Your profile:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • You are Native French
  • Knowledge of 302 CP
  • Experience of HR procedures and policies is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Rigorous & stress resistant you are flexible & proactive
