Urgent: Customer Care Officer in FinTech

Our client, is a young and fast growing FinTech company, is looking for a Customer Care Officer to support its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

  • You are in charge of any requests, complaints or questions of clients by phone and emails
  • You help new customers, find best solutions and solve technical problems
  • You work in collaboration with other departments and partners
  • You assist the sales team in the after deal process
  • You update clients & partners information

Your profile:

  • You speak French and Dutch Fluently
  • Customer oriented, you have strong communication skills
  • You are proactive, stress resistant and rigorous
  • Autonomous and enthusiastic, you have easy contact
  • Willing to learn and to work in a international environment
