Personal Assistant CFO – Property Development sector

Our client, an International leading company in Property Development, is looking  for a dynamic Personal Assistant for the Finance Department to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

  • You will manage the secretariat of the CFO
  • You will monitor and control expenses reports & bank statements
  • You will support the receptionist by handling phone calls and welcome visitors
  • You will be responsible for the car fleet management
  • You will be in charge of the Employees Benefits (insurance, holidays, meal vouchers…)
  • You will collaborate with the Communication Team
  • You will keep up to date the business database

Your profile:

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • A previous experience in this field is a plus
  •  You are fluent in French with a very good command of English
  •  You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  You have excellent communication and written skills
  •  You are a meticulous and organized person
  •  You are proactive and flexible
