Sales & People Manager in the tourism sector!


A services provider in the tourism sector is today looking for a Flanders Regional Manager to develop sales and marketing  strategies.

Reporting to the Benelux Director, you will have the following tasks in this role:

  • Implement a strong commercial strategy and develop Sales contribution within the regional perimeter
  • Be the local commercial representative
  • Guarantee the smooth daily operation of the perimeter
  • Manage teams and develop their skills in line with the HR processes
  • In charge of the budget set-up & achievement
  • Be responsible for the brand image & positioning within the upscale strategy
  • Be responsible for the daily operation of the office


  • You have a previous sales experience in B2B or B2B2C
  • You can justify a first experience in the travel industry
  • You have strong management skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are persistent & demanding, open-minded and team player
  • You like to achieve your targets and your team management skills are in line with the company and its strategy. Team coacher, decision-maker and a good leader define you at best!
