delivery of candidates<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible of the whole recruitment cycle<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and organize interviews and meetings with candidates<\/li>\n<li>Daily support to the manager in the\u00a0business development tasks and activities<\/li>\n<li>Be a leader for other resourcers and maintain a team approach<\/li>\n<li>Desire to develop an expertise and knowledge in order to\u00a0grow\u00a0in the\u00a0company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your profile:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>You speak Dutch FLUENTLY, English as well, French is an asset<\/li>\n<li>You hold a\u00a0Master Degree in Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>First experience in recruitment is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Motivation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with\u00a0good capacity for analyzing<\/li>\n<li>You will be part of
