Our client, an International leader in the Recruitment & Selection sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Your tasks:<\/h2>\n<\/article>\n
    \n
  • You are\u00a0in charge of managing the recruitment process for the company<\/li>\n
  • You develop\u00a0a pool of candidates for future needs and built a network<\/li>\n
  • You collaborate with Sales Team<\/li>\n
  • You hold\u00a0interviews and challenge candidates technically<\/li>\n
  • You analyze the needs within your market and clients<\/li>\n
  • You oversee the follow up of your clients and projects<\/li>\n
  • Reporting and sourcing<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining the database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You hold at least a Bachelor Degree<\/li>\n
    • A previous experience in HR is required<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge in Finance is an asset<\/li>\n
    • You speak Dutch and French,\u00a0English is a plus<\/li>\n
    • You are well-organized, flexible and passionate<\/li>\n
    • You possess excellent communication skills and you are a good listener<\/li>\n
    • You are result oriented as well as client oriented<\/li>\n
    • You are a team player and display initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
