Due to the growth of its activities, it is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Brussels and the Flemish region<\/p>\n<h2>Your tasks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to improve the customer journey and propose concrete solutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the support and customer service team, ensuring the quality of interactions<\/li>\n<li>Closely monitor satisfaction engagement indicators, risks of disengagement and implement corrective actions to reduce attrition<\/li>\n<li>Develop and update Customer Success Plans for strategic accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 3 to 4 years of similar experience<\/li>\n<li>You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in French<\/li>\n<li>You live in Brussels or Flanders and have a very good knowledge of the media landscape and brands in Flanders<\/li>\n<li>You have excellent interpersonal skills and are sales-oriented in order to identify opportunities<\/li>\n<li>You show initiative, creativity and a keen business sense<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Our offer<\/h2>\n<p>Our client is offering a permanent contract as well as an attractive and complete salary package<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a company specialising in media intelligence and brand monitoring.
