My client is looking for an Account Manager \u2013 Life & Finance to develop its portfolio of private clients, self-employed professionals and SME executives in life insurance, supplementary pensions and insurance-based investment solutions.<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • Develop the existing client portfolio and acquire new clients through prospecting and networking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Analyse clients’ needs and recommend solutions tailored to their individual circumstances and profiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
      \n
      \n
        \n
      • Manage the sales process through to policy subscription, with support from technical account managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
        \n
        \n
          \n
        • Organise and host client conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
          \n
          \n
            \n
          • Monitor the sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of the advice provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Your Profile<\/h3>\n

            • \n
              \n
              \n

              At least 5 years of sales experience in life insurance and investment products, gained in banking, an insurance company or brokerage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

              \n

              Strong knowledge of life insurance products, supplementary pensions and the relevant Belgian tax regulations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

              \n

              Proven sales results and demonstrated experience in client prospecting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

              \n

              Ability to work independently, strong advisory skills, attention to detail and excellent persuasion skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

              \n

              Fluency in French; Dutch language skills and an established network of referral partners are assets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

              \n

              Professional knowledge required by the FSMA for this role, either already acquired or to be completed within an agreed timeframe; valid category B driving licence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
