Hotel le Châtelain is looking for a Events & Meeting Manager to join its team in Brussels
Your tasks
- You are in charge of the guest follow up
- You prepare and send tailor made offers adapted to clients’ needs
- You run daily operations, coordination and quality control
- You can build and manage events budget and financial reconciliations
Your profile
- You are multilingual NL/FR, NL/ENG or FR/ENG
- You have a previous experience in a similar position
- You possess excellent business and communication skills
- Teamplayer you also know how to be autonomous and rigorous
- You have a good knowledge of the various IT tools
- Motivated and persuasive you are also creative and stress resistant
