Our client, a famous International Company in Transport & Logistic Solutions is looking for a HR Business Partner to reinforce its team in Belgium
Your tasks:
You manage the daily client inquiries and support the department on law and HR best practice issues
You prepare policies, procedures and guidance documents of HR topics
You manage and improve the in-house HR software and also configure and implement unused functionalities
You participate in scoping meetings to identify requirements
You coordinate the delivery of recruitment services including planning and organizing campaigns (media providers, vacancies, telephone interviews, assessment days etc)
You work with the HR team to research and write HR interventions
Your Profile:
Required experience in HR with a strong understanding of employment practices & legislation
Methodical and organized, you are able to solve problems pragmatically
Flexible, you can work independently and manage competing priorities
You possess a client and employee focused approach
You have a good command of all payroll related tasks and working with confidential information
