Business Development Manager in Legal Industry Voltijds

Our client, a famous International company in Legaltech Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to reinforce its team in Belgium

Your tasks

• You develop and maintain a strong network within the legal industry
• You identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle
• You understand each client’s KYC/AML compliance needs and propose tailored solutions
• You collaborate with our team of Compliance Consultants to implement client projects
• You act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them and helping them strengthen their compliance framework

Your Profile

• You hold a legal training (Master’s degree in law, compliance management, or equivalent)
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in the legal sector, LegalTech, or compliance consulting
• You possess an established network within the legal industry — this is a must-have
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, a taste for challenge, and a proactive, hands-on attitude
