Business Manager Consulting ( Energy and Cybersecurity) Voltijds

The Business Manager is an entrepreneur within the company, responsible for the development of its profit center. He combines commercial, technical and managerial skills to drive the growth of his business in the field of embedded systems, industrial software and cybersecurity

Your tasks

Identify, prospect and retain industrial and technological customers (transport, energy, defense, telecom, industry 4.0).
Project management and coordination:
  • Manage opportunities from the qualification of the need to the signing of the contract
  • Ensure coordination between clients, consultants and technical management to ensure customer satisfaction

Recruitment and team management:

  • Brief the recruitment team, evaluate and integrate consulting/freelance engineers (software, electronics, AI, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Ensure their support, their mission monitoring and their evolution within the group

Finance management:

  • Guarantee the profitability of its perimeter

Your Profile

  • Hunter and business developer, results oriented and value added
  • Good technical culture (engineering, digital, IoT, software, industry)
  • Ability to understand customer needs and transform an opportunity into a sustainable partnership
  • Good interpersonal skills, a taste for challenge and a sense of collective
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset
