Our client, a fast-growing international company specializing in B2B brokerage, is looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to join its team
Your tasks
You expand and strengthen the existing customer portfolio
You drive new dealer acquisition across France and Belgium
You build strong client relationships through proactive calls, on-site visits, and strategic follow-ups
You negotiate and close deals while consistently achieving ambitious sales targets
You represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm during regular client visits (approx. four short trips per month)
Your profile
You have a proven sales experience, ideally in the construction, accessories, agricultural, or automotive sectors
You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch, German is a plus
You are independent and self-motivated, yet a strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
You are confident, persuasive, and customer-focused, with solid organization and time management abilities
You are proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; category B driving licence required
