Recruitment Solutions was created by Philippe Drukman in May 2004. Wishing to open a niche market in the recruitment, Philippe began by placing recruiters. He was one of the first to offer “Rec to Rec” services in Belgium. He soon became a reference to many recruitment companies and interim agencies.

While recruitment in this sector took off, Philippe specialized himself in ‘Sales & Marketing’ profiles. Any company in any sector could contact and assign him to find the ideal candidate, adapted to the relevant function, structure and company’s culture.

In 2008, Recruitment Solutions grew with the arrival of his brother Fabrice Drukman, 
An ‘Admin’ & ‘HR’ department was created.

The company now has six consultants and aims to grow in the coming months and years ahead.
