Our client, specialized in entertainment and cultural experiences across Belgium, is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

• As general office manager, you manage the operational day-to-day business
• You welcome visitors, handle telephone calls mail/postage and office diary
• You follow-up on files, draft and send letters, collect official documents take contact with various stakeholders
• You prepare meetings, coordinate travel, organize event, order supplies, monitor stocks
• You support accounting, track payment receipts, cash for exhibitions and shows

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretarial/Office Management/Languages or equivalent experience. Experience and willingness will take precedence over training
• You have an excellent knowledge of French (written and spoken) and a good knowledge of Dutch. A good knowledge of English is an asset
• You have a very good command of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Solutions-oriented and organized, you like administration and handle multi-tasking
• Flexible and agile, you are resourceful and autonomous, but also enjoy teamwork
