Executive Assistant for a huge company Full time

Our client, an International and Innovative Real Estate Company, is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join its team.

Your tasks

• You are in charge of the administration of the accounting (invoices, expenses, …)
• You draft and send letters & e-mails related to the management of projects & prospecting
• You prepare the logistic and organisation of agenda, meetings, events and travels
• You contribute to the preparation of Board of Directors & Management Committee files
• You translate, proofread and edit FR/NL/EN texts on request (articles, flashes, press releases, website)

Your profile

• You have a first experience in Administration & Logistics
• You speak French, Dutch and English fluently
• You are autonomous, meticulous and proactive
• You pay attention to details and like to solve problems
• You are flexible and well-organized
