Our client, an outstanding Corporate Communication Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join their team

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the office: mails, deliveries, orders, agenda, telephone…
• You manage the accounting: encoding of invoices, reminders and payments, profitability analysis and cost calculation
• You assure the maintenance of cleanliness, security, premises and exteriors
• You assist projects and events: proofreading, sending mailings, file follow-up)
• You oversee the handling of insurance files, subsidies, HR, various contracts

Your profile:

• You speak fluently English and Dutch
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have good interpersonal skills: discretion, diplomacy, empathy
• Solution-oriented, you can easily adapt and face changes
• Proactive, you are able to set priorities and manage stress
• You are a master of the Office suite
