Our client, a global distributor of IT products, services and offering IT solutions, is actively looking for a Recruitment Officer to reinforce their team in Brussels
Your tasks:
You will be in charge of managing the recruitment process for the company
Developing a pool of candidates for future needs
Holding interviews and challenge candidates technically
You analyze the needs within your market and clients
You write and defend contract proposals to your clients
You will negotiate business at a C-level
You oversee the follow up of your clients and projects
Reporting and sourcing
Maintaining the database
Taking part in daily meetings with your colleagues
Your profile:
You hold at least a Bachelor Degree
You speak Dutch and French, English is a plus
You are well-organized, flexible and passionate
You possess excellent communication skills and you are a good listener
You are result oriented as well as client oriented
You are a team player and display initiative
