Service Quotation Coordinator Full time

2Our client, a leader in HVAC solutions distinguished by its commitment to innovation, sustainability and energy efficiency is looking for a Service Quotation Coordinator

Your tasks

• You are responsible of new requests
• You check availability on manufacturers’ websites
• You draw up the quotation in the ERP and complete the CRM
• You send the quotation to the customer
• You follow up quotations by email to maximise their success rate

Possible evolution the job :

• Sales component: follow up  by telephone
• Gradually taking on more complex sales files
• Processing all ESS orders to check compliance with the offer

Your profile

• Minimum level of education required: higher technical education
• You have a first experience in an administrative or sales support role
• You have a natural affinity with the technical field, with a strong desire to learn
• You speak French or Dutch, with a passive knowledge of the other language
• You have a great sense of resourcefulness, with a wild and independent character
• You possess excellent personal organisation and attentive to detail
