Client Success Manager Full time

Our client, an expert in Media Monitoring and Data Analysis. is looking for a Client Success Manager to join its team

Your tasks:

• You manage a portfolio of customers , ensure satisfying collaborations and build trusting relationships
• You develop and optimize an effective loyalty and growth strategy
• You share opportunities with the sales team and helping to design appropriate solutions
• You organize regular training sessions and webinars for a wide audience
• You help customers develop an effective communications strategy using our data.

Your profile:

• You are Dutch and French fluently. English is a plus
• You have a previous experience of 3 years in a similar role
• You have a good data & technical knowledge
• Motivated and flexible, you possess strong organizational, communication and listening skills
• Client and results driven, you are able to manage stress, work in a team and autonomously as well
