Our client, specialized in Enterprise Technology Solutions, is looking for a Business Unit Manager to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

• You manage a team and are accountable for their performance and results
• You adapt your team’s plans and priorities to handle resource and operational challenges
• You set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay decisions
• You provide technical guidance to your team, colleagues, and customers
• You define operating standards and ensure key procedures are followed
• You make decisions guided by company policy while reporting to senior management

Your profile:

• You have a 4-year degree with 8 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years, or equivalent experience
• You are perfectly bilingual NL/FR with a good professional English level
• You are ethical, transparent, resilient, and open to change
• You are eager to evolve, learn, and coach teams
• You are a self-starter, autonomous and mature
