Our client is a company specialising in media intelligence and brand monitoring. Due to the growth of its activities, it is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for Brussels and the Flemish region

Your tasks

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to improve the customer journey and propose concrete solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Supervise and coordinate the support and customer service team, ensuring the quality of interactions
• Closely monitor satisfaction engagement indicators, risks of disengagement and implement corrective actions to reduce attrition
• Develop and update Customer Success Plans for strategic accounts

Your profile

• You have 3 to 4 years of similar experience
• You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in French
• You live in Brussels or Flanders and have a very good knowledge of the media landscape and brands in Flanders
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are sales-oriented in order to identify opportunities
• You show initiative, creativity and a keen business sense
