Our client, a leader in digital media, social platforms, and high-end events, is seeking a Finance Manager

Your tasks

You handle operational accounting, including invoice processing, financial transactions, and ongoing accounting oversight
You prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while ensuring close monitoring of weekly cash flow.
You oversee statutory obligations: annual accounts, VAT, corporate tax (ISOC), withholding tax, and social security (ONSS) filings
You are the primary HR contact for the entire group
You manage all HR matters: payroll, contracts, absences, leave, and employee benefits
You maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, government authorities, the social secretariat, and suppliers
You lead, mentor, and develop a team of three

Your profile

You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ITAA certification is an asset)
You have a solid expertise in accounting, cash flow management, and Belgian taxation, with proficiency in Odoo and Isabel
You have a proven experience in payroll and HR management
You are able to work autonomously while serving as the company’s central HR contact
You possess strong leadership skills, with a high level of rigor, professionalism, and discretion
