Our client is looking for a Events & Meeting Manager to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks

• You are in charge of the guest follow up
• You prepare and send tailor made offers adapted to clients’ needs
• You run daily operations, coordination and quality control
• You can build and manage events budget and financial reconciliations

Your profile

• You are multilingual NL/FR, NL/ENG or FR/ENG
• You have a previous experience in a similar position
• You possess excellent business and communication skills
• Teamplayer you also know how to be autonomous and rigorous
• You have a good knowledge of the various IT tools
• Motivated and persuasive you are also creative and stress resistant
