Our client, a company in the financial sector, is looking for a Marketing Manager to face company’s new challenges.
Your tasks:
You will be responsible of the commercial strategy, the day to day marketing activities and a team of employees that you will have to recruit to be part of the company’s growth.
Define the business and commercial strategy of the company
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Analyze the market and the client needs
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Lead your team to smart opportunities and professional development objectives
Ensure effectiveness of information and communication between services and partners
Your profile:
You have a master degree with 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing or any other relevant field
You are are fluent in French+ Dutch+English or Dutch+French+English
You possess strong analytical and people management skills
You are flexible, dynamic, you have a strong creative mindset
