Your mission

• Grow our existing customer portfolio
• Accelerate the acquisition of new dealers in France and Belgium

Roles & Responsibilities

• Account management : Maintain and further develop strong business relationships with existing client portfolio
• Business development : Identify and directly engage with high-potential construction, dealers, traders
• Reach out by phone to schedule meetings and create business opportunities
• Travel as needed (around 4  mini trips per month) to meet customers face-to-face
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction, accessories, agricultural, or automotive
• French, English and Dutch. German is a plus
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Confident and persuasive communicator, with a strong telephone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation abilities
• Capable of prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Category B driving licence required
