Business Consultancy Strategic Associate Temps plein

Our client, an International Business Consultancy Company in Finance is looking for a Strategic Associate to join its team

Your tasks:

• You support the CEO to structure and deliver projects
• You contribute to the strategic assessment, creativity and implementation of decisions and goals
• You make clear syntheses and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative methods
• You define project objectives, scope, resource requirements and manage availability & allocation
• You outline the budget based, track costs & projects by providing follow up reports
• You collaborate with other teams and establish best relationships with stakeholders

Your profile:

• You possess a Master’s degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent
• You speak English and Italian fluently and have excellent communication skills
• You have a 5+ years work experience in Business Consultancy on complex international projects in Banking & Financial Services sector
• You have a team spirit but you are capable to drive an independent workstream; comfort with complex and changing situations
• You have an international and entrepreneurial mindset to break down & solve problems through strategic thinking
• You have the willingness and availability to travel with the CEO across Europe and Asia approx. 50% of the time
