Our client, specialized in Enterprise Technology Solutions, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join its team in Brussels

Your tasks:

• You support a portfolio of customers by phone, helping them find the right products and services for their needs
• You quote bills of materials, manage orders, and ensure accurate pricing
• You identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers, engineers, and internal teams
• You manage after-sales follow-up, from shipment tracking to troubleshooting
• You strategically manage your territory through competition analysis and account planning

Your profile:

• You have a 2-year degree with 2-4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent related experience; specific certifications may be required
• You work well within established procedures with moderate supervision
• You are able to identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations and make sound decisions
• You are a team player, able to collaborate and interact effectively at multiple levels of an organization
