Proactive Administrative and Commercial Assistant Temps plein

Our client, a high value-added Consultancy Company is looking for an Administrative and Commercial Assistant to join its team

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the day-to-day secretarial support and administration
• You manage the contracts: sales record, extend contracts, price quotations, etc.
• You are the SPOC concerning every internal and external need
• You oversee the files/ projects and issues/questions follow up
• You update & increase the leads data base (potential partners and end users)
• You qualify new potential partners and end users

Your profile:

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, English is an asset
• You have a first experience in Administrative & Sales support
• You have excellent communication and written skills
• Willing to learn, you are a meticulous and organized person
• Willing to grow in the function, you are solutions oriented, proactive and flexible
