Our client, specialized in entertainment and cultural experiences across Belgium, is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to join its team in Brussels
Your tasks:
As general office manager, you manage the operational day-to-day business
You welcome visitors, handle telephone calls mail/postage and office diary
You follow-up on files, draft and send letters, collect official documents take contact with various stakeholders
You prepare meetings, coordinate travel, organize event, order supplies, monitor stocks
You support accounting, track payment receipts, cash for exhibitions and shows
Your profile:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretarial/Office Management/Languages or equivalent experience. Experience and willingness will take precedence over training
You have an excellent knowledge of French (written and spoken) and a good knowledge of Dutch. A good knowledge of English is an asset
You have a very good command of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Solutions-oriented and organized, you like administration and handle multi-tasking
Flexible and agile, you are resourceful and autonomous, but also enjoy teamwork
